Catering orders are available for pickup, or drop-off delivery within the downtown Calgary core, Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and must be finalized within 24 hours of the order date/time.

Drop-off delivery is available within the downtown Calgary core.

Free delivery is offered to businesses located within a one-block radius of the Eau Claire Athletic Club.

Deliveries outside of this one-block radius of ECAC are subject to a $50 delivery fee.
All deliveries are scheduled within a 30-minute delivery window on the selected delivery date.

To ensure a smooth delivery, the following information is required at checkout:
— A day-of / on-site contact name and phone number
— Parking and access instructions for the delivery location

To place an order, simply complete the catering order forms provided above, or contact the Exchange Restaurant team via phone, or email your order details to corporate@ecathleticclub.ca. Once your request is received, a confirmation email outlining all order details will be sent.

All catering orders and requirements must be finalized at least 24 hours in advance.

A final invoice will be issued once all order details are confirmed, including menu selections, guest counts, pickup or delivery date and time window, and day-of contact information.
Full payment is due immediately upon receipt and confirmation of the final invoice. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Payment is accepted by:
— Credit card (processed over the phone or via a secure credit card authorization form),
or
— E-transfer sent to corporate@ecathleticclub.ca
We do not accept Net payment terms. All payments must be completed prior to order pickup or delivery.

All requests for date change or order modifications must be finalized at least twenty four (24) hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
If an order increase is required, we will do our best to accommodate. Decreases are not permitted within twenty four (24) hours of your pickup or delivery date.

Guest counts of 40 or less: minimum of twenty four (24) hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date is required. If less notice is given the invoice total will be charged.
Guest counts of 41 or greater: five (5) business days' notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery date is required. If less notice is given 25% of the invoice total will be charged.

Cancellation refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Exchange Restaurant & Bar and are only eligible if the required notice is provided.

All catering food and drinks are provided in disposable containers. We do not offer rentals for reusable or “real” serveware, including plates, cutlery, glassware, or chafing dishes.
All catering food orders include paper napkins at no additional charge.
The following disposable items are available upon request and subject to additional fees:
— Disposable plates: $1.00 per person
— Disposable cutlery sets (fork, knife, spoon): $1.50 per person
— Disposable serving tongs: $3.00 per set
Please note that disposable serveware must be requested at the time of ordering.

At Eau Claire Exchange Restaurant & Bar, we regularly handle a variety of common allergens in our kitchen.
We are happy to accommodate custom gluten-free and nut-free requests when possible. Please note that additional fees may apply, as these items are prepared separately in a freshly sanitized kitchen environment.
While every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility and therefore cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
