Masters Swim Program

Looking to boost your swimming performance or train for triathlon season? Our 7-week Masters Swim Program focuses on front crawl technique, endurance, and interval-based workouts designed to help you build strength and efficiency in the water. Suitable for intermediate to advanced swimmers.

  • Monday Mornings: October 27 – December 8, 6:00–7:00 AM
  • Tuesday Evenings: October 28 – December 9, 6:00–7:00 PM
  • Cost: $145
