New Equipment Coming to ECAC Fitness Spaces

We’re adding a few new pieces to help members train smarter, safer, and stronger. These upgrades were selected based on member feedback and our ongoing commitment to providing a high-performance environment for all fitness levels.

Here’s what’s on the way:

  • Safety Squat Bar
    Designed to take pressure off your shoulders and improve lifting mechanics, the Safety Squat Bar supports better posture and reduces strain during squats—perfect for anyone recovering from shoulder issues or looking to increase leg strength safely.

  • Dip & Pull-Up Belts
    Ideal for adding resistance to dips, pull-ups, or belt squats. These belts help advanced lifters challenge their upper body strength while maintaining full control and proper form.

  • Heel Wedges (Functional Room)
    Small but mighty. Heel wedges help improve squat depth and form by elevating the heels, reducing ankle mobility limitations, and allowing for better glute and quad activation.

  • Decline Bench for Sit-Ups
    This versatile bench adds variety to your core training, supporting decline crunches, twists, and leg raises for a stronger, more stable midsection.

All new equipment will be available in the coming weeks—keep an eye on our Fitness Floor for their arrival!
