Thanksgiving at The Exchange

This Thanksgiving, we’re celebrating with a fresh take on tradition. Our chefs have created a three-course feature menu that captures the flavours of the season in signature Exchange style—elevated, inventive, and unforgettable.

Available for dine-in or take-out throughout Thanksgiving weekend at The Exchange.

Appetizer – Foie Gras Mousse $21

Turkey Dinner Stuffing, Brandy & Cranberry Gelee, Macerated Apricot

Main – Country Style Turkey Dinner $33

Roasted Turkey ‘Ballotine’, White & Dark Meat, Stewed Apricot, Toasted Pistachio, Country Style Mashed Potato, Roasted Spiced Squash, Grilled Kale, Raisin Gel, Turkey Gravy Espuma

Dessert – Sticky Toffee Pudding $12

Vanilla Ice Cream, Spiced Caramel Tuille, Walnut Praline, Whiskey Caramel
